GUARANTEE
SiteDesignNOW.com guarantees to supply professional web services in accordance with our written proposals and contracts entered into with you, our client.
We offer a full 10 day test period after completion of your website. During this period we will make good coding, design and/or administration problems. We also provide ongoing free support for coding, design and website administration problems as part of our hosting service.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products or services please contact us and we will urgently address any outstanding issues.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Whilst we endeavor to provide an accurate, professional service at all times, the final responsibility is is on the purchaser to ensure information and data supplied to SiteDesignNOW.com for placement in the website is proof read and checked for accuracy during the 10 day handover and testing period.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check phone numbers, addresses, bank account numbers, and other data for accuracy, correctness, omissions, or defects. Corrections will be implemented by SiteDesignNOW.com at no charge on advice from the customer.
Third party products, such as Web Hosting and Payment Gateways are supplied “as is”, “as available”, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
At no time does SiteDesignNOW.com accept liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use any third party services provided, including mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or e-mail, loss of or damage to data, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation, or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not limited to acts of god, communication failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to records, programs or services.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is assured, SiteDesignNOW does not pass on, sell or exchange information provided to us by clients or prospects. Any such information is limited for use by authorized staff of SiteDesignNOW.com to provide you with professional services and products as requested.
Online forms are stored securely on our servers and can only be accessed by secure password.
SPAM
NOTE: SiteDesignNOW has a no-tolerance policy towards clients using
go-email.now.com for transmission of SPAM.
Non compliance with the Australian Spam ACT, means your account will be closed, with no refund of prepaid fees. You can also be charged under the Australian SPAM Act.
Subscribers must use an opt-in system to add subscribers to their database or have written permission from a subscriber to add their name and email address to the database.
Exceptions can be made where there is a close business/client relationship already established and the intent of your email is to grow the relationship in line with the existing business.
Sending email to addresses obtained through commercial mailing lists, email lists harvested from websites and directories, etc is spamming and you will be caught. Fines can be very high even for first time offenders.
As a condition of supply of internet services by SiteDesignNOW.com and/or its third party associates, clients agree to comply with the laws, policies, regulations, and accepted practice as detailed in the US Federal Trade Commission CAN-SPAM Act, and the Australian SPAM Act, in respect to the requirements for commercial emailers.

PAYMENTS AND TERMS
Payment of accounts must be met in strict accordance with your agreement with SiteDesignNOW.com.
Failure to meet payment commitments without making suitable arrangements with SiteDesignNOW.com, will result in disconnection of your website and/or mail marketing and newsletter system, which ever the case may be, until payments are brought up to date. A re-connection fee of $25.00 will be charged.
Payments can be made by Credit Card, Direct into our Bank Account, or by Cheque.
ONLINE PAYMENT can be made in real time using VISA, MasterCard or Amex. Payments are processed using the National Australia Bank Secure Internet Payment Service (N-SIPS) accessed in the left hand column on our site www.sitedesignnow.com | or click here.
Credit card details are entered directly to the NAB’s internet gateway page using Secure Socket Layer (SSL 3.0) encryption technology. This site uses firewalls within the system, as well as in front of the payment gateway.
At no time do we or any other party, other than authorized National Australia Bank (NAB) employees, have access to your payment details.
All transactions are conducted securely, in real-time, directly with the National Australia Bank.
